Well we are 16 days into the adoption process and Jeff has dropped off the last of the paperwork that could be completed by us. The rest will come from the state, local and federal government. I also spoke to the adoption coach a moment ago and she informed me that the next adoption education class in May 15th and May 16th. UGH we can't make that because Trevor graduates that day so I guess we will do the online course. So we also want to thank everyone who is praying for the adoption and we will use this to keep you all posted.

- Jeff and I have been married 20 years and God has blessed us with 3 healthy boys/men and a wonderful daughter in law who is expecting our first grandbaby. We always made plans for all the things we were going to do when the kids grew up and we didnt have tution to pay for anymore. But the reality is this all we want to do is be around our family. I was adopted as a baby and you all know Jeff loved and made Josh his own so adoption is nothing new to us and we decided we do have alot to give to a child who has no one to hug her when she is sad or congradulate her on her accomplishes and to just love her. So we decided this is something we can do for her so we are off to bring our daughter home and make our family bigger and full of more love. We hope you use this blog to travel through our journey to bring Nina home.

It is so exciting to think I will have a new grandchild! My heart is so full of love to think we are getting one of these precious children from the Ukraine. I have gone to the airport to see other families come home with a new child now I will see my own children bring home their new daughter. God is so good, Every Good And Perfect Gift Is From Above.
